· Identify 3 EBN models

· Describe how EBN can empower nurses

· Identify resources needed for accomplishing EBN

· Describe how to effectively search the nursing literature

· Describe the paradigm shift from expert based nursing to EBN

· Differentiate EBN from Quality Improvement from Nursing Research.

· Identify current evidence that should be taught by nursing faculty now.

· Explain methods useful to infuse EBN into nursing programs and courses.
